In September, we installed a new metal 3D printer, Model No. 5 (Nikon SLM Solutions SLM280PS).
Model No. 5 is used to print tool holders for cutting tools and nozzles for grinding processes using ferrous materials. With this addition, Models No. 1 through No. 3 are now capable of printing copper-based materials, while Models No. 4 and No. 5 are capable of printing ferrous materials, further expanding our lineup.
We will continue to expand our support for additional steel types and explore printing methods other than powder bed printing, continuing to evolve so that we can meet all of our customers' requests.
