Creating "New Manufacturing" with the advanced technology and adaptability

Since our foundation in 1974, Takao Kogyo Company has been steadily and globally growing by producing Automotive parts, industrial machine parts, precision machine parts, etc. as an integrated metal processing manufacturer that performs turning, grinding, heat treatment, and assembly processes.

We have devoted ourselves to promote the relations between human and the technological development by improving the process and technological innovation. This is entirely due to the constant support and kindness of all of you, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude.

We have developed in the production of drive parts for automobiles, and since the beginning have made a further leap in the production by cutting and heat treatment process development. In recent years, we have been expanding our business to "New Manufacturing" such as EV (Electric Vehicles) parts and precision machine parts. ISO9001 and ISO14001 have been audited and registered since 2004, and as an enterprise while continuing the managemant cycle for quality work and environmental measures, we have completed and proceeded with JISQ9100 audit and registration as a stepping stone to entry into the aviation industry-related business.

Currently, under the theme of our medium-term plan " NEXT 50 : Grab the next Era and Act on your own", we are promoting the development of new technologies in Japan and will further expand overseas activities such as North America's production, Thailand joint venture, and China technical cooperation.

In 2021, TK Engineering Co., Ltd. was established as a Takao Kogyo Group to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company's founding. TK Engineering Co., Ltd is the sofisticated engineering company succeeding Takao Kogyo's technology, design and sales of setup parts, jigs and tools, and machine parts for production.

This company is developping molding of high-frequency coils and the molds by using metal 3D printers. And also it is developping medical equipment, industrial machine parts, special purpose machines. Furthermore, this company develops heat treatment equipment, peripheral transport products using robots, and ancillary equipment technology such as deburring equipment.

In new fields, TK Engineering Co., Ltd. will help and meet customers' needs, who is expecting the developping projects and the speedy producing goods.
