The 2025 induction ceremony was held.

This year, the 2025 Induction Ceremony was held amidst the cherry blossoms in full bloom. As in last year, the ceremony was held in a three-way broadcast.

This year, nine new employees joined our team and shared their aspirations for the future. After undergoing new employee training, they will be assigned to various departments to gain experience. We look forward to seeing them in action.

In addition, five new graduates from NITTE University in India are scheduled to join the company in August.
